Every website should be built with some type of CMS these days. I’ve used many, and they each have pluses and minuses. Determining the best CMS for your site simply depends on the nature of the site itself. In general, any CMS will at the very least allow you to edit all the text in your site. Some enable you to make new pages. However, the managing of photos and other images may require the additional use of graphics program (such as Photoshop).

Again, the best CMS depends on the requirements for your specific site. Here is a list of common CMS’s I have deployed recently, including the increasingly popular Wordpress.
